Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management solution, which will give you full control over your e-mail box accounts and email newsletters. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can set up a new mailbox account in no time and administer its settings with ease. Also, you can redirect email messages from one e-mailbox to another, configure email filters, create auto-reply messages and secure your e-mailbox accounts against junk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your mail accounts against junk e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwelcome mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your e-mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain e-mail box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtrating your incoming e-mail messages according to certain criteria defined by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly set up an e-mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and specify the email filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to several other e-mail boxes. Simply select the electronic mail account you would like to redirect electronic mail messages from, then select the destination email mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your liking to access your email boxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you would like to set up on your PC or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email box will be configured in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple email mailbox accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will do everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
